At Roti Royale, every roti tells a story—one rooted in the bustling kitchens of Trinidad and Tobago, where bold spices meet fresh dough and generations of love. It all began with our grandmother's hands in a small Chaguanas yard, kneading paratha and simmering goat curry until the aroma drew neighbors from blocks away. What started as Sunday family meals and late-night cravings grew into a passion we couldn't keep to ourselves. In 2015, we turned that backyard magic into Roti Royale—a place where tradition meets pride, and every wrap is made with the same care and fire that defines Trini cuisine. We slow-cook our goat, chicken, beef, and veggie curries with heirloom recipes: rich masalas, fresh chadon beni, pimento heat, and that perfect balance of spice that hits just right.
